Joe Rogers passion for real estate and commitment to his clients is second to none and has allowed him the fortunate opportunity of working on some of Queensland’s greatest properties.

Originally from Brisbane, Joe entered the property industry alongside the leaders of the luxury Noosa market and was able to learn the key requirements to successfully market his clients property to the right demographic and negotiate to the highest price. 

This journey gave Joe the opportunity to work on a variety of multi-million dollar beach side properties where he was able to negotiate offers well in excess of his clients expectations.

After a year of operating in Noosa, Joe decided to make the return to Brisbane and continue his real estate success in the inner-city Brisbane market alongside his family agency Yoku Property; an agency which has originated from both a buying and selling representation background.

Although only 23 years of age, Joe has developed a key set of skills which have consistently allowed him to deliver premium results for his clients well above expectation. 

His market knowledge, high end property marketing experience & negotiation awareness allows Joe to make his clients feel at ease with the entire sales process.

Joe’s aim is to consistently deliver premium results in a timely manner while operating with complete professionalism, integrity and always placing his clients needs as his highest priority.
