Stage 1 – Property Identification
For this we provide our Premium Buyer Advocacy service to search, and find the perfect property to meet your investment and development requirements.
Stage 2 – Redevelopment
Our Construction Contract Management service can commence as soon as the purchase contract is signed. We will work with you through every step of the redevelopment phase to ensure your construction project is delivered within scope, on time and on budget.
Stage 3 – Project Marketing and Sales
Our team has experienced sales and marketing people ready to commence a project marketing campaign as soon as settlement begins. We can assist you to set your projected sales prices, design and implement a marketing campaign designed to generate interest through construction and sell your properties.
Buyer Advocacy Premium Service – 1% of purchase price
Construction Contract Management Service – 15% of construction contract
Project Marketing and Sales – 1.5% of property sales + advertising costs
In option 2 we wear the risk with our clients, and we back ourselves that our services will make you good profits. Under this option you do not pay any fees until the full project has been completed and the property has been resold. Once the property is sold, we would receive 18% of the profit margin.
